Refunds & small print
Short version: it’s a digital file, so if it won’t open we refund you.
Refunds
Digital file. If you can’t open it, reply to your Stripe receipt email within 14 days and we’ll refund. Otherwise no refund after download.
Include the email address you paid with and the name of the file. Stripe sends the money back to the card you used.
When you buy, you’re asked to agree that the download starts straight away. Your statutory rights as a consumer aren’t affected: for consumer advice in Northern Ireland, contact Consumerline.

Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe; we don’t see or store card numbers. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and one-off. No subscriptions.
Using the files
Buy a file once and use it as often as you like in your own salon. Please don’t resell it or pass it around as your own product.
